About us
Our Story
Established in 2002, South Carolina BBQ & Catering LLC is a premier authentic barbeque food vendor and caterer. Our family recipes from North Charleston, South Carolina, were brought to Baltimore, Maryland. We manufacture our own barbeque sauce and seasoning using family recipes that incorporate unique blends of spices, peppers, and sauces. We provide patrons with delectable, high-quality barbeque foods at a reasonable price in the Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia, and Pennsylvania areas.
We are located locally at 8212 Liberty Road in Randallstown, Maryland, where we serve the community every Friday to Sunday from 12 pm to 6 pm. We are open year-round serving our BBQ ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket, and other dishes. Our sides include homemade macaroni and cheese and our special southern red rice with beef sausage.

Services
South Carolina BBQ & Catering provides full service catering such as drop off or pick-up services.
For drop-off service, we deliver menu selections to customers' designated location. If arrangements have been made in advance, customers are welcome to pick up their orders.
Drop off and set-up services consist of a South Carolina BBQ representative setting up at the designated area for customers' menu selections and special requests. Customers are responsible for cleaning up with the food drop off and set-up services. We also offer on-site cooking at off-site locations for additional charges. Services limited to 4 hours. Additional fees will be added after 4 hours.
