South Carolina BBQ & Catering, LLC offers three catering packages. The first catering package is a preset catering package created by South Carolina BBQ representatives based on customer feedback. The second catering package consists of small event trays intended for small gatherings. The third catering package allows customers to create their own menu.

 

 

Preset Catering Packages

There are three options that comprise our preset catering packages. These menu packages are based on catering orders with a minimum of 50 people. Each package is priced per person and includes barbeque sauce, ketchup, mustard, dinner rolls or buns.

Create-Your-Own Catering Package

South Carolina BBQ representatives have listed some of the menu items that can be used to create personalized packages. Customers are encouraged to put together a menu that is reflective of their event or gathering.  Below is a list of menu items to help with your selection process.

 

Meat Selections: Mince BBQ, Smoked Turkey, Pit Beef, Pit Ham, Beef Brisket, Hot dogs, Hamburgers, Ribs, Veggie Burgers, Chicken, Cornish Hens

 

Sides: Potato Salad, Sweet Corn, Cole Slaw, Collard Greens, String Beans, Candied Yams, Macaroni & Cheese, BBQ Baked Beans, Corn on the Cob, Macaroni Salad

 

Beverages: Iced Tea, Fruit Punch, Lemonade, Soda, Water

 

Customers can choose to include dinnerware (e.g. plates, forks, napkins, and cups, etc.), bread (e.g. dinner rolls, hamburger/hotdog buns), and servers. Services

South Carolina BBQ & Catering provides full service catering at customer designated locations, drop-off or pick up service, as well as drop-off and setup services. Our full service catering includes servers, setup and cleanup, and menu selections. We also offer drop off services which consist of menu selections being delivered to customer designated location. Customers are also allowed to pick up orders as long as arrangements have been made in advance. Our drop-off and setup services consist of a South Carolina BBQ representative setting up the designated area with customers’ menu selection and special requests. Customers are responsible for cleaning up with the drop-off and setup services. We also offer on-site cooking at off-site locations. Additional charges may apply.
