Established in 2002, South Carolina BBQ & Catering, LLC is a premier authentic barbeque food vendor and caterer. This family owned and operated business brought their famly recipes from North Charleston, SC to Baltimore, MD. We make our own barbeque sauce and seasoning from family recipes consisting of special blends of seasonings, peppers, and sauces. We are known in the MD/DC/PA areas for providing patrons with delicious quality barbeque foods at a reasonable price.SOUTH CAROLINA BBQ & CATERING IS RECOGNIZED FOR AWARD WINNING BARBEQUE.Baltimore, MD -- With the summertime heat setting in, we started off the summer on fire. In June 2008, we competed in the Third Annual Beltway BBQ Showdown in Prince George's County, MD and sucessfully placed First in ribs, Second in pulled pork, and Third overall in the competition. Team South Carolina BBQ received a First and Second place trophy, along with a cash prize for their "Award Wnning BBQ."The Showdown was one of the many Kansas City barbeque society sanctioned events and the first time South Carolina BBQ competed in a BBQ competion. The BBQ showdown hosted 30 competitors from all over the country at the Prince George's County Learning & Sports Complex on Sherriff Rd.

SERVICES

South Carolina BBQ & Catering provides full service catering such as, drop off or pick-up services. Drop-off service consists of menu selections being delivered to customers' designated location. Customers are also welcome to pick up orders as long as arrangements have been made in advance. Drop off and set-up services consist of a South Carolina BBQ representative settng up at the designated area with customers' menu selections and special requests. Customers are responsible for cleaning up with the food drop off and set-up services. We also offer on-site cooking at off-site locations for additional charges. Services limited to 4 hours. Additional fees will be added after 4 hours.
